With our care plan, you will have full confidence that it’s online and operating as it should without interruption.
Daily Patching ,Update & Secure
Having a website designed is just the start on your online presence. A website needs to be maintained, patched, updated and secured. With a Supersites care package, we will look after all aspects of your website security, file updates and patching. We will also allocate time to update anything you want on the website, such as a change of address, or phone number, adding a new staff member, etc. We allocate 1 hour per month to carry out any changes on our basic plan, and unlimited edits and changes on our Complete and Unlimited plans.
We Will Backup All Your Files & Emails
Our website care Plan includes a full backup of all your files, databases, and emails. We will take 4 backups a day (every 6 hours), and keep them for 7 days. If there are ever any issues we can restore the account back to exactly where it was at the restore point. We may charge a small fee for the time needed to restore data where the cause is outside our control.
We’ll Get You Back Online
Every hour your site is offline, you are losing visitors, conversions and this can also affect your search engine ranking. Disaster recovery will get you back online fast. Disaster recovery includes restoring your website from a backup and running security scans to check for further issues.

- Daily or Hourly Backups
The Supersites WordPress Care Plan includes multiple levels of backup. Firstly, we take a daily backup of all your files and store these on our secure storage device. We then take a further daily snapshot of your website and store this on a storage server located outsideour data centre. We keep these daily backups for 90 days. Finally, we take a backup before we update or patch any files. Daily backup is included in our maintenance services.

Our Unlimited and Complete WordPress maintenance plans include unlimited edits and updates to your site. Edits can include updates to content on any page, headers or footers changes, plugin settings, changing banners, CSS adjustments, blog content, changing images or text, adding coupon codes. All content to be provided by the client.
Monthly Reporting
We provide a monthly report detailing all updates (core WordPress code and Plugins). Our report also includes details of backups taken, visitor traffic, performance, security, broken links and any other work carried out on your WordPress website.. This report gives an overall picture of the health of your website. Monthly reporting is included in the website maintenance cost.
Speed Optimisation
If your WordPress site is slow, we will carry out a 10-point optimisation process to improve your speed so that it is lightning fast. We also offer fully optimised WordPress hosting. Our “Complete WordPress maintenance” plan includes a full website review and speed optimisation component. We also offer this as a one-off service which can be purchased seperately.
